JEM i am updating my blog. very short post:
I ONLY HAVE 26 BUCKS LEFT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT SOMEBODY SAVE ME / GIVE ME MORE COLD HARD CASH FOR CHRISTMAS / GET ME A JOB.
ahhh.
(basically life has been fun and expensive. Canada was great, mainly because i got to spend tons of time with family like uncle david as well as the ones i see all the time, i got to snowboard for 2 out of the 5 planned days coz i fell sick after the first day, got to meet up with shelby after the longest time. hmm 5 years? haha. didn't get to shop much so i have no idea why i'm so broke! oh oh oh played rockband and went toboganning! crazy fun. sometimes funny things happened like my bro sitting on my cousin's head by accident, and my dad in some swanky restaurant:
waiter: would you like that for take away?
dad: yes please take away
mom: no you don't! (to waiter) no he doesn't!
dad: yes i do!
waiter: yes he does!
me: dad, he means take away like doggie bag
dad: ye.. oh sorry no thanks (to us) i thought he meant do i want him to take it away
and ate tons of good food like steak and seafood and of course, mud pie and creme brulee. mmmmmmm. mostly everyone who reads this has me on facebook so go check out the photos there!
and after coming back there's been tons of family time at Christmas. and of course that means more food :P plus i FINALLY managed to send out Christmas cards, unlike last year. dong. i think the best part about Christmas is my family. actually the best part about the whole of life is my family. sometimes it just takes special occasions to make me remember that, sigh. family are people who love you all the time and who look out for you; people to eat good food with and to complainn about bad food to, people to play bridge or watch a movie with on a lazy day or cycle with on a go-out day. family sits around the Christmas tree and listens to cheesy Christmas cds together :P
of course there's also friends to be thankful for! Christmas party with 04 on boxing day, lunch and one-shop-shopping and crazy keyboard jamming in yamaha with the litties today xD, dinner and random hanging around with lou and the ip / ex-ip guys today. many more meet-ups and exciting stuff happening in the week ahead! jo is busy busy. and for the first time in a long time it actually feels good. i shouldn't hermitage so much lol. so, see you people around!)
